Vouchers Programme – Terms and Conditions

1. The vouchers programme only applies to purchases made at the online store of A Vida Portuguesa (www.avidaportuguesa.com).
2. The vouchers programme applies to every customer account registered at the online store of A Vida Portuguesa (www.avidaportuguesa.com).
3. The vouchers programme consists in the issuing of a credit (referred to as “voucher”) of €7.50 (seven euros and fifty cents) for every €75.00 (seventy-five euros) the customer actually spent on products purchased at the online store, not including shipping costs, transport charges, delivery charges or other applicable expenses.
4. The value of purchased products not yet used to issue a voucher accumulates to the issuing of the next voucher.
5. The value of purchased products not yet used to issue a voucher is subtracted from the overall value in accordance with the preceding article where six months have elapsed since those products were purchased.
6. Each voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of the purchase that originated its issuing, expiring if not used within that time limit.
7. You can only redeem one voucher per order at the online store.
8.  Vouchers can only be redeemed in orders equal to or greater than €25.00 (twenty-five euros), not including shipping fees, transport charges, delivery charges or other applicable expenses.
9. In case of return or exchange of products, the value returned to the customer will be deducted from the overall value, and the vouchers issued in excess will be cancelled.
10. Vouchers will be cancelled where the commission of a crime, fraud, misuse or commercial use is found.
11. For the implementation of the vouchers programme, Passos em Volta, Unipessoal, Lda. shall process the personal data of its associated with the customer account, as well as the data pertaining to their transactions at the online store, ensuring their confidentiality. Customers may at any time exercise their right to access, amend, erase, limit, transfer or challenge the processing of their personal data by writing to lojaonline@avidaportuguesa.com.
12. These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time, in which case the customer will be notified at least 15 (fifteen) days before in his/her reserved area at the online store.
